※ Students of Japan College of Social Work and of National College of Nursing, Japan can use MPUʼslibrary without a letter of introduction thanks to the agreement between the three universities. Please ask the staff of your library for more information.
Procedure of Use
At the main-gate guardhouse, please tell the staff the purpose of your library use and fill in your name etc. on the visitors’ form. You will get an entry certificate.
Please show your certificate pinned to your breast and come to the library on the first floor of the Training, Library, and Welfare Building.
Please enter through the glass door of the library and speak to the counter staff before the gate.
Please show your identification card at the counter and fill in the required information for your request.
Scope of Use
Reading Materials in the Library We cannot lend held materials from the library.
Photocopy of the holding materials (Fee is required) Please purchase a copy card in advance at the Co-op store in the Training, Library, and Welfare Building on the second floor. You can borrow a copy card for a few copies.
Using OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog: System to Search Holding Materials)
【Requests of the Library】
1)Do not eat and drink: We only allow drinks with a lid.
2)Do not make calls: Set your mobile phone to Do Not Disturb mode.
3)Do not save a seat in advance : Other users need the seat.
4)Do not take pictures: Use a photocopier.
5)Do not chat: Your voice will disturb other users.
6)Beware of theft: Do not leave valuables unattended.
